Job Duties: The employer is: MID ULSTER VOLUNTEER CENTRE.Maintain information on placement requests. Keep accurate, up to date paper & computer-based records of all volunteer & placement details. Complete AccessNI checks for volunteers as required. Support administration & other requirements for both charities, including but not limited to room hire, hospitality & enquiries.Work in other areas of the charity to support flexibility & cross-function awareness.Keep accurate, up to date paper & computer-based records of all volunteer & placement details. Support administration & other requirements for both charities, including but not limited to room hire, hospitality & enquiries.Work in other areas of the charity to support flexibility & cross-function awareness.This role will span across the charity & you will be expected to offer support as appropriate to support Service Users & the charity.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: G.C.S.E English and Maths or equivalent grade C or above.Proficient in IT and in particular Microsoft Office.Ability to work as part of a team.IT skills including use of Microsoft Office and Excel Spreadsheets.
