Job Duties: The employer is: WEST BELFAST PARTNERSHIP BOARDUndertake initial assessments of barriers & registrations complete assessments using agreed and bespoke diagnostic tools. Develop & implement an individual action plan to overcome barriers to employment, outlining goals, actions and outcomes and focus on reasons previous disengagement.Deliver employability mentoring sessions with all participants as required to remove barriers to employment and supporting them whilst in employment, providing a safe, relaxed environment underpinned by a structured and developmental process and responding to sensitive issues in a confidential manner.Effectively manage caseload which includes a small number of new clients and provide focused advice referring to other agencies/organisations as required as part of participant action plans.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Applicants must have, at the closing date for receipt of applications:A Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English. Be able to demonstrate on the application form, providing personal, specific examples, in two or more of the following areas:An ability to create and sustain effective working relationships and build consensus with key stakeholders.A demonstrable ability to provide mentoring and after care for participants.
