Job Duties: Leading development and agreement of KPIs across BT&C, FPP and wider CSG.Working collaboratively with the Director, Deputy Directors and Operational leads to agree operational planning and performance delivery, including identifying and collaboratively resolving risks to delivery of service.

Qualifications / Experience: Proven experience of using data and analysis to drive performance in a complex operational/delivery environment.Proven relationship management skills with senior stakeholders communicating and negotiating effectively to achieve quality outcomes across operational, finance and analytical professional areas.Excellent leadership skills; with a strong track record of building capability and engagement across multi-disciplinary and multi-site teams.Strong collaboration and influencing skills and an ability to work closely with a range of senior colleagues, building and retaining their trust and confidence.The ability to manage complex portfolios of work, covering both current and emerging priorities; maintaining robust quality controls on analysis and responding positively to challenge form senior stakeholders.
