Job Duties: Coleraine and Magherafelt Domiciliary service provides support to individuals recovering from mental health issues, living within their own home. The overall aim of our service is to promote greater independence, by enhancing life skills in areas such as problem solving, budgeting and home management. We encourage individuals to, engage with the local community as well as other support services, to lead as active and fulfilled life as possible. Our staff team work jointly, to provide group activities, as well as individually, which encourages the development of their skills and experience.

Qualifications / Experience: Experience:Working knowledge of Word and Excel this may be tested at interview.Writing business letters to a suitable standard this may be tested at interview.Filing.Diary management.Collating reports.Experience of working in a role with an administrative function.Knowledge of Volunteering processes.Experience in recruiting volunteers.Supervisory experience.Skills & Competencies:Full valid drivers licence on application and access to own vehicle on appointment.If a disability precludes an individual from holding a drivers licence, it should be stated how they can meet the mobility requirement of the post.Ability to communicate:Face to face; Via Telephone; Written.Experience of public speaking at events.Professional approach.Understanding of confidentiality.Ability to work unsupervised.Tact and diplomacy when dealing with others.Organisational skills.Telephone skills.
