Job Duties: The post holder will support the business by providing professional, efficient and timely HR advice within an allocated business unit of the College. As an integral member of the HR team, the HRBP will support the business in the development and deployment of their people plans to support the achievement of the Colleges KPIs and HR Strategies. The HRBP will contribute to the achievement of the Colleges mission, values and strategic directions.The successful applicant may be required to work in any of the College's buildings, as necessary.

Qualifications / Experience: A relevant degree, or equivalent qualification at level 6 (e.g. Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Post-Graduate Diploma).
