Job Duties: To provide and drive continuous improvement in relation to all HRISs ensuring all systems are fully utilised, all people processes are efficient, streamlined and automated where possible. The post holder will provide in depth analysis of all data reporting, identifying trends and benchmarking against other FE/HE establishments, to provide insight for the Executive Board and other groups, i.e. the People Group to make informed business decisions.You will work with the HR Senior Leadership Team and across parts of the Organisation to create robust reporting structures that inform and contribute to the corporate success.The successful applicant may be required to work in any of the College's buildings, as necessary.
Qualifications / Experience: Either hold a Level 6 or above qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Data Science or Business) plus a minimum of two years' recent experience of delivering business improvement projects.Or:Hold a relevant L5 qualification in a relevant discipline plus 5 years' experience of delivering business improvements projects.English GCSE at Grade C or above, OR Essential Skills level 2 (or higher) in Communication, or equivalent.Maths GCSE at Grade C or above, or essential Skills level 2 (or higher) in Numeracy, or equivalent.A detailed job description can be found on our website www.belfastmet.ac.uk/jobs
