Job Duties: To monitor and support all allocated learners through their journey at Belfast Metropolitan College in line with DfE programme guidelines. Support will include pastoral care, employer support and utilising College resources and services to ensure learners reach their maximum potential. The post holder may be required to work in any of the College's buildings, as necessary.

Qualifications / Experience: Either hold any Level 3 qualification or above, plus a minimum of two years' experience working in a training and/or administrative environment.Or: Have a minimum of four years' experience working in a training and/or administrative environment.
