Job Duties: To advise managers and staff on all employee relations issues, in accordance with employment legislation and existing HR policies and procedures.To co-ordinate investigations, hearings, mediation and training as and when required.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
Qualifications / Experience: HNC/HND or equivalent/higher qualification in an HR field and a minimum of one years relevant experience.OrNVQ Level 3 in HR/Administration AND two years * relevant experience.Or4 years relevant administrative and clerical experience at Band 3 level or equivalent.ANDExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and electronic information systems including inputting and extracting information.*Relevant experience is defined as experience at Band 3 or equivalent to include experience of a range of administration and HR procedures and systems.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
