Job Duties: To liaise with HSC Organisations and provide expert advice and guidance in the planning and development of a communication plan/strategy which continually advises and updates HSC employees (specifically members of the scheme) of key changes to the HSC Pension Scheme. To assume the Lead role in the review of all pensions related literature and provide HSC organisations with written guidance on key aspects of pension change which must be user friendly, understandable and easy to read. Qualifications / Experience: A university degree or a relevant professional qualificationAndHave worked for at least 3 years' in a middle management role in a pension/finance related or a communications environment. The experience should include providing advice and guidance to stakeholders, analysing information, problem solving, leading and directing others and involvement in the development of policies, protocols and procedures. OrHave worked for at least 5 years' in a middle management role in a pension/finance related or a communications environment.
