Job Duties: The Training Officer will be responsible for all training related administration including, booking and coordination of external training, system maintenance including data entry, user support requests and production of training compliance reports. In addition the Training Officer will organise and deliver pre-agreed trainings including but not limited to the Safety Interventions Training Programme.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria: 5 GCSE passes Grades A-C to include English language and Mathematics (or equivalent).Level 3 qualification in Learning and Development or relevant equivalent.A minimum of 2 years experience delivering training.Well organised and able to prioritise own workload.A self-starter requiring minimum supervision.Ability to use initiative.Team worker.Reliable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, approachable and flexible.Excellent presentation skills.Desirable Criteria: Qualification in Health & Social Care, Social Sciences.Experience in delivering training in a Health and Social Care setting.
