Job Duties: The Fleet Administrator will support the Vehicle Systems Manager (VSM) with all aspects of vehicle stock control including marketing vehicles, vehicle flow through production and vehicle stock management. Communicate regularly with relevant dealerships for vehicle updates and address any issues with check-ins.Liaise with workshop to facilitate work required for incoming vehicles.Support the VSM with the vehicle flow through production and administrative processes.Photographing of vehicles for marketing.Support the VSM in preparing and posting social media content.Support the VSM in conducting regular stock take of vehicles.

Qualifications / Experience: 2+ years experience in an administrative role/working in a busy office environment.Excellent administrator proficient in Microsoft office suites, Office 365.Working knowledge of social media platforms.Full Driving Licence.
