Job Duties: To assist in the effective delivery of the Development Programme for Habinteg Housing Association by ensuring site operations and construction works comply with relevant contract documents, Works Information, Department for Social Development (DSD) requirements and all current legislation, and to represent the interests of the Association on site. To ensure that the quality of both materials and workmanship are to the agreed specification.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Level 4 qualification (Minimum of HNC or equivalent) in Estate Management / Building Surveying / Construction / Engineering related discipline and one year's relevant experience in a similar role or Construction environment. OrTwo year's relevant experience in a similar role. Relevant live site experience.Experience of and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel and Outlook. (demonstrated by examples).Hold a current full, clean (preferably) driving licence with use of a private vehicle for business use, or, in the case of having a disability, be able to demonstrate how they meet the mobility requirements of the post.We reserve the right to enhance criteria to facilitate short listing.
