Job Duties: The Human Resources Manager will make a significant contribution to the development of the organisation by providing a personnel and development service to staff and management. He/she will provide advice and guidance in all matters of employment legislation and in-house policy relating to the human resources function.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:GCSE Maths and English grade A-C or equivalent.A CIPD accredited qualification at Level 3 or equivalent.Two years relevant experience working in a Human Resources function.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.Generalist knowledge of employment legislation.Please see employer website for full details.
