Job Duties: To work with the Ballymagroarty Hazelbank Community Partnership (BHCP) and delivery team, and to identify, organise and implement health & well- being, educational programmes and events, and to develop and encourage health and wellbeing for the communities of the Foyleside DEA.To work with the Ballymagroarty Hazelbank Community Partnership (BHCP), in partnership with the Dunluce Family Centre delivery team, to identify and secure resources from various bodies to help sustain long-term health programme delivery.To ensure that programmes are targeted, organised and implemented appropriately within the DEA.

Qualifications / Experience: Third level qualification in a relevant Health Promotion / Social Services and Wellbeing Field AndOne year's experience of implementing community development or health programmes. OrAt least two years experience of implementing community development, health or education programmes.Designing, planning & delivering programmes and activities.Budgeting for programmes services and activities.Facilitation, group work and leadership work.Working with multi-agency sector organisations.A clear understanding of community development and health concepts, process and practice.
