Job Duties: To ensure gift processing is accurate and efficiently processed. To provide administrative support to members of the Fundraising Team to ensure the efficient administration of fundraising within Action Cancer. To assist Donor Income Manager in target driven campaigns. An instrumental role in providing high-level donor care and promoting the principles and objectives of the charity in accordance with Action Cancers strategic plan. Working as part of a team to ensure that departmental administration procedures are adhered to.
Qualifications / Experience: A minimum of one year's experience in an administration, secretarial or clerical role. Computer literate and working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet).GCSE English and Mathematics Grade C or above, or equivalent.Proven organisational skills ability to demonstrate experience of planning, monitoring and reporting.First class oral and written communication and interpersonal skills including experience of interacting with internal and external contacts.Ability to be flexible and work under pressure in a busy office environment.Proven ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to deadlines.Proven team player ability to demonstrate experience of working with internal and external stakeholders.Prepared to work flexible hours.
