Job Duties: Responsible for procurement of items, materials and services via computerised accounts system.Perform regular checks to ensure all purchase requisitions have been sent to suppliers/sub-contractors in a timely manner.Communicating with engineers on the progress of their purchase requisition requests. Upkeep of supplier information in line with the approved Supplier List.Gain "Best Value" through payment terms, Levels, reduced delivery dates, quality and guarantee of service. Resolution of incorrect supplier invoices through liaison with the project engineers/managers/stores personLiaise with the suppliers/project teams to resolve any issues, e.g., in relation to goods not supplied, incomplete, excessive orders or damaged goods when required.For full details on the duties and responsibilities of the post please visit our website Careers at Colloide Northern Ireland | Colloide Engineering.

Qualifications / Experience: GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English, Grade C or above.At least 3 years' previous experience as a Procurement Administrator or similar post.Strong Microsoft Office knowledge to include Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Excellent organisational, communication and analytical skills.Proactive and highly self-motivated.Excellent time management skills.Ambitious and driven.
