Job Duties: The employer is: LISBURN CRICKET CLUB.Work with the Youth Conveyor to deliver the youth and schools programmes.Support local clubs to increase capacity & sustain membership.Increase opportunities for school & club cricket, supporting new & relevant cricketing formats.Support the lead coaches during the main training nights (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)Plan, deliver & review high quality cricket coaching sessions that are young person focused. Including coaching sessions for specific priority groups e.g women & girls, primary schools, & secondary schoolsDeliver the 2022 Lisburn Primary Schools programme with the other members of the coaching team.Plan and review school programmes (Primary & Secondary).Support the transition of young people from school to clubs.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Be willing to develop cricket specific coaching through a Cricket Ireland level One or an ECB Level Two.Experience of working within the sport at a recreational level.High levels of energy and enthusiasm and the desire to succeedGood project management skills and ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.Experience of leading on community development programmes.Excellent administrative skills and evidence of project work.Child protection trained or, commitment to achieving this within a short period of time.First Aid trained or, a commitment to achieving this within a short period of time.Access NI.Ability to travel independently between sites (Full and valid driving licence).
