Job Duties: Job Title: Learning & Development Co-OrdinatorDivision: Learning & DevelopmentReports To: Learning & Development ManagerLocation: Head Office, TobermoreJob Summary: Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you will be working in the Learning and Development Team alongside the Digital L&D Assistant and L&D Administrator.
Qualifications / Experience: Required criteria;5 GCSE's to include Maths, English & I.TThird level qualification in a related discipline (e.g. Business, Education, L&D, HR)Experience delivering coaching and training in a workplace setting.Previous working experience in a similar roleCompetent in the use of Microsoft Office packagesGreat communication skillsHigh attention to detail, very well organised and time management skillsAbility to work as part of a team and independentlyGreat interpersonal skillsFull and clean driving license with access to vehicle.Desired criteria;Professional Qualification L&D, Coaching or another related discipline (e.g. CIPD)Awareness of the construction industryExperience working with the GROW coaching modelExperience working with LMS and digital training contentExperience delivering classroom training sessionsExperience in creating training videos.Experience in creating individual and team training plans
