Job Duties: Provide a specialist systemic assessment of referrals of a significant and complex nature in order to formulate and implement plans for the treatment and/or management of a client and/or family's mental health and emotional needs, based upon an appropriate conceptual framework and employing methods based upon evidence. Provide specialist systemic assessments and treatment to families with trauma-related mental health difficulties (e.g., PTSD). To conduct rigorous mental health assessments of individuals who have experienced traumatic events and develop case formulations. To deliver evidence-based therapies, for example TF-CBT or EMDR, including delivery of group therapy and consultation on clients' mental health care to professional colleagues, non-professional carers and relevant agencies/organisations. Qualifications / Experience: Degree level qualification in relevant mental health profession (e.g. social work, nursing, psychology) and demonstrable practice over a minimum of four years.
