Job Duties: Reporting directly to Retail Category Development Manager, our Proposition Analyst will have several key responsibilities including (not limited to):Provide supporting Qlik View information to assist the Proposition Assessment process;Quarterly analysis of HRL capex projects and provide detail around the areas of opportunity, identifying underlying trends across formats/stores and categories;Measure the impact of proposition tests and how they have delivered on improving sales, profitability and/or efficiency, suggesting corrective action as required;Periodical updating of analysis template for innovation projects in line with the timings and criteria within the innovation gate process and provide monthly packs for commercial review by senior management;Drive Business Transformation agenda within the Proposition team;Provide space planning support to Space Planning team.

Qualifications / Experience: This highly rewarding placement will suit an individual who is currently studying a third level IT or Business-related qualification and is due to complete their second year of study. In addition, they will possess excellent communication and influencing skills, a methodical approach, excellent time management and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.Experience of project management, retail operations and business improvement analysis would be advantageous but not essential.Please note applicants will need to possess a full driving licence and access to a car as this role will require travel to several Henderson Retail sites across NI (Mileage allowance is provided).
