Job Duties: The employer is: RPB MARINE/ KINTRA BOAT TOURS.Website management including ensuring accuracy, creation of new product listings and general improvements as needed.Social media posting including answering customer queries and engaging with followers.Setup new social channels such as Tiktok.Manage campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.Google shopping ads.Email marketing and automation.Answer email queries and general customer service.Other duties may include:Ad hoc duties such as assisting with guided boat tours. From time to time assistance will be required with order fulfilment when staff are on holidays.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Minimum 3 GCSEs to include Maths grade C or above (or equivalent).The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure and in a team environment. Previous experience or an interest in the marine environment or local history is desirable.Be proficient in social media and website management.Have a willingness to learn.Willingness to be hands on during busy periods.Tech savvy - good understanding of digital marketing, video production skills are highly desirable.Ability to work confidently within a hybrid working environment - combination of work from home and on site.An understanding of techniques to increase followers.Working knowledge of using various IT packages.Self-motivation is crucial for this role.Full training will be provided.
