Job Duties: Would you like to join the leading learning disability charity? We have an exciting opportunity for an Employment Support Worker to join our Personal Support - Employment & Personal Development team, based in our Omagh office. This position is a fixed term contract until March 2023 (16 hours per week).We are looking for someone who is trustworthy and caring, inclusive and enthusiastic about putting people with a learning disability at the heart of everything they do; who are positive and are not afraid to challenge wrong ways of thinking about learning disability. As an Employment Support Worker, you will support your colleagues to develop and deliver training to a range of individuals, employers and organisations across NI to raise a greater awareness and understanding of learning disability.

Qualifications / Experience: No previous experience required but you must have an interest in working with people and providing support to the people we support.
