Job Duties: Strategic leadership:The Project Director role has a strategic leadership role within Integr8 and is responsible for the development of an integrated TOM for the future delivery of HR and Finance services to support the procurement and implementation of a modern fit for purpose technological solution. The Project Director will be expected to engage extensively with senior stakeholders across Central Government, clearly communicating the strategic direction, principles and progress of the Programme. The Project Director will provide strategic leadership across the Programme Team and the wider stakeholder landscape, supporting the SRO and Programme Director in achieving the Programme outcomes.Please refer to the Candidate Information Booklet for full details on the Key Responsibilities.
Qualifications / Experience: Applicants must, by the closing date for applications, provide evidence in their application form which demonstrates that they personally satisfy the following eligibility criteria:A minimum of 2 years experience of delivering significant improvements to HR services in a complex and challenging environment. A minimum of 2 years experience of delivering organisational change through change management processes, tools and techniques to ensure successful delivery. A minimum of 2 years experience at senior management level of strong leadership to build effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including delivery partners, to successfully achieve strategic outcomes.
