Job Duties: Prioritise the workload of a print/production department.Quality Check work prior to uploading for production.Access and manage changing priorities in a busy production environment.Request and manage changes as required.Chase and ensure all orders are completed on a daily basis.Ensure all department supervisors/manager are updated of issues as and when they arise.Proactively resolve issues with internal decision makers.Participate in all job training and coaching. Adhere to Health and Safety regulations at all times. Ensure good working relations with colleagues. Ensure that absenteeism and tardiness are kept to a minimum.Ensure that company polices are adhered to always, this includes Equal Opportunities Policy, Harassment Policy, Health and Safety Policy and Training Policy.Any other reasonable duties requested.

Qualifications / Experience: Excellent attention to detail.Excellent time Management skills.Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to listen closely and assimilate information quickly. Able to ask clarifying questions and provide accurate information.Ability to liaise with other departments to complete tasks.Good organisation skills.Flexible and committed to meeting deadlines.Computer literate (training on internal software will be given).GCSE Level of education, including English and Maths.At least 1 years previous experience in quality inspection role.
