Job Duties: To take responsibility for agreeing and reviewing person-centred action plans for all participants.To use the Rickter/Outcome Star soft outcome measures to set goals & track participant progress.To carry out a positive risk assessment on action plan activity.Deliver group and individual rehabilitation sessions to build resilience, personal capacity, health and well-being.To deliver accredited training in Employability Skills and Life & Living Skills.To provide support to Training Officer/Internal Verifier for Inclusion Works Southern area in planning, delivery and administration of OCR/BTEC training.

Qualifications / Experience: RQF level 6 (e.g., Bachelors Degree) or equivalent level professional qualification.Minimum of 1 years paid experience in the direct provision of education, training, or support OrMinimum RQF 4 or equivalent in a relevant discipline and 3 years paid experience as above.
