Job Duties: To provide a business research function in support of the Economic Development function of Ards and North Down Borough Council. Provide and communicate timely and accurate information, market intelligence and research data to the local business community using traditional/computerised databases and the Internet and other relevant sources. Qualifications / Experience: 2 GCE A-Levels or equivalent.Relevant experience of working with businesses. Working in a business research/ analyst capacity. Experience of data mining for business purposes. Experience of creating copy for marketing materials/ PR articles.Experience of assisting in the hosting of physical or virtual events. Availability to work outside standard office hours. Access to form of transport to fulfil duties of the post. Access to a suitable internet connection to work from home if required.
