Job Duties: Key responsibilities in this role will include providing clear and effective leadership of the team, ensuring coaching, support, and development that leads to achievement of individual and team KPIs. The successful candidate will spend time with each BDM 'in trade' to build an accurate insight and working knowledge of their accounts and conduct regular business reviews with their team to ensure awareness of market place, competition, allowing for insight to any potential opportunities and early resolution of issues.This will include measuring the business performance of FTG food sales, profitability and sales participation versus targets and making recommendations for improvement through well thought out business plans. Working closely with other teams and departments within the business will be key to success.

Qualifications / Experience: Our ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following essential criteria:A highly self-motivated individual who has worked within the FTG/QSR (quick serve retail) retail sector at a management level for a minimum of 3 yearsFull driving licenceComputer literate with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft office applications in particular; Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.The following criteria are advantageous for our ideal candidate to have but are not essential:Business related third level qualificationCIEH Level 3 Food Safety Supervision for Retail or equivalentPrevious experience of working across multiple sitesPrevious experience of working in a business development rolePrevious experience of successfully managing a field team
