Job Duties: Candidate will ideally be based in the Newry/Armagh area to cover Co. Down and Co Armagh.To recruit eligible apprentices to required caseload, minimum of 16. To teach and deliver Level 2 and 3 Retail and Warehousing Apprenticeship qualifications to eligible apprentices in the workplace. Arranging appointments with employers and apprentices. Complete reviews and other required documentation. Update Eportfolio system with progress. Liaise with Course Coordinator on regular basis. Complete progress and plan reports.
Qualifications / Experience: Applicants must have:PGCE or Certificate in Teaching or willing to work towards achieving this.Achieved the Assessor Award.Level 3 Qualification in Retail at Level 3.GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or equivalent.Recent experience of delivering Retail and Warehousing apprenticeships at Level 2 and 3.Knowledge of the Apprenticeship Programme and requirements.A positive attitude with ability and drive to achieve and exceed targets.Experience of dealing with employers and recruiting apprentices.Have excellent communication, time management, organisational and presentation skills.Be self-motivated.Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.Be proficient in use of IT. Possess the ability to develop good working relationships with employers, staff and apprentices.Can provide high quality of delivery and be able to self-evaluate performance for improvement.Candidates should hold a valid driving licence with access to transport.

Other Information: Job will be 3 days per week (flexible) working from home on a 6 month probation period with possibility to increase to 5 days per week if caseload increases.
