Job Duties: The employer is: BUSINESS AIDEGeneral administration to support the efficient running of the office which includes but is not limited to:Greet visitors on arrival at reception.Answer calls, taking clear messages. Respond to all client queries by phone, face to face, email or letter.Organise all outgoing mail.Raise invoices and purchase orders and record same.Circulate meeting agendas, take minutes at client and internal meetings.Maintain databases and CMS including WordPress.Take ownership of company newsletter.Maintain confidentiality regarding the company's business and client particulars.Provide administration, marketing and sales support as required.Manage business aide social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube.Create & schedule social media posts, ensuring hashtags and images are used appropriately.Manage social media engagement.Reporting and analytics.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Maths & English, Grade C or equivalent.Computer literate essential - competent with Microsoft Office Packages.Basic level of marketing required.Familiar with social media platforms.Reliable, Flexible, team player.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. Desirable:Experience of WordPress.
