Qualifications / Experience: Business related or HR Degree or equivalent/higher qualification and 2 years' experience in a role at band 6 (or equivalent) involving providing advice and guidance on matters of employment.Or:HNC/HND or equivalent/higher qualification in a business or human resources related subject and 3 years' experience in a role involving providing advice and guidance on matters of employment 2 years of which must be at band 6 or equivalent.Or:5 years' experience in a role involving providing advice and guidance on matters of employment, 2 years of which must be at band 6 or equivalent.
