Job Duties: This exciting and highly diverse position will provide the successful applicant with the opportunity to develop their Architectural and technical skills to the next level by working alongside genuine specialists within this field.The successful applicant will report to the Design Manager and will be responsible for preparing retail layouts, store designs, statutory applications, production information for minor works and refurbishment projects and to provide designs in support of the preparation of feasibility studies for new build and capital projects. In addition to this the role will involve carrying out detailed surveys of existing/proposed businesses and sites.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential CriteriaStrong technical skills to include proficiency with AutoCAD.Strong team player in a creative and fast paced environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to relate to different stakeholders and customers.Able to effectively communicate using visual mediums.Be customer focused.Full driving licence.
