Job Duties: Manage the supplier providing the email platform.Demonstrate domain ownership and expertise in email platform usage.Develop documentation and road maps for processes, testing and best practise.Ensure an effective structure to provide support to market users, manage escalations, and identify trends.Manage and build overall email marketing programme in line with strategy.Create and implement campaigns to improve email automation.Develop lead generation strategy and increase email subscriptions.Segment lists and build experiences based on customer behaviour.Provide accurate, informative and timely reports with analysis and recommendations.
Qualifications / Experience: Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation and/or web analytics.Experience with email automation tools and marketing automation technology. Excellent written and oral communication skills.Excellent team working skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
