Job Duties: This programme facilitated by Leonard Cheshire NI, a charity supporting disabilityWe will place you with a local company. This may be a Corporate, small business, charity or local government department.Placements can be in a wide variety of areas e.g. marketing, IT, engineering, HR, operations, training, purchasing.We already have companies keen to host a placement. But we will may also look for others to meet your needs.You may be given a project, or have weekly tasks, or shadow Team Leaders.You will normally work 9am to 5pm. Many companies are still working at home so your placement may be office based, home based or a mix (hybrid working).If you need any adjustments due to your disability or condition we will support you.

Qualifications / Experience: Graduates with a 3rd level qualification such as degree, masters or HND. You must have a disability or long term condition as defined by the Equality Act 2010. Conditions may include, for example, dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism, ADHD, mobility impairments, sensory impairments, long term conditions such as IBS, diabetes, Chron's disease, epilepsy, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia or mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar and OCD.While we are targeting recent graduates (2019 onwards) we are open to supporting anyone who has had barriers to find suitable employment.
