Job Duties: Influences supports and drives delivery of Divisional objectives, People Plan/Strategy, organisational design and workforce plans.Integral to divisional planning process within Division(s) to which assigned, ensuring the HR agenda included in all plans and strategies. This involves working with aligned Division(s) to develop a People Plan to help achieve their Divisional objectives. It requires the need to understand and translate the Trust's key drivers and challenges to enable planning and delivery of an effective people strategy aligned to divisional strategy and Trust objectives.

Qualifications / Experience: A University Degree or relevant professional qualification e.g. CIPD and at least 2 years' experience in HR in a senior management role (Band 7 or equivalent) working in a major complex organisationORHave at least 5 years' experience in HR at band 6 level or equivalent working in major complex organisation.
