Job Duties: Direct responsibility for ensuring booked sales successfully transition from the point of initiation at Elementals User Requirements to the customer going live and successful project sign offEnsure clear briefing and buy-in from senior managers and ongoing 'sponsorship' at that level for projects identified as strategicControl and run reporting weekly and monthly on status reporting to Implementation Team LeadDefine different project scopes and schedules while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value within ElementalOrganise and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports (using Jira and Asana)Perform delivery planning for assigned projectsHold project review meetings weekly/bi-weekly (as required by the customer)Daily communications with customer/colleagues - ensure the customers queries are directed to the right people if necessary Control the budget associated with each different project and work closely with Product

Qualifications / Experience: At least 1 year experience in a similar type roleGood knowledge and application of the principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of projects from initiation through to implementationGood understanding of risk management principles and experience in their applicationHas exceptional organisational skills and attention to detailPossesses exemplary written & verbal communication skills
