Job Duties: This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic Investment Development team to assist in sourcing, appraising, developing and delivering residential and commercial projects throughout the UK. The role will be primarily based in Derry/Londonderry with an opportunity to travel throughout the UK. Roles and Responsibilities: Assist the Investment Director and wider team with all aspects of the investment / development process, from acquisition to planning, development, leasing and asset management, including financial analysis.Carry out in depth commercial and residential market research.Assist in the preparation of high quality monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for the senior management team.Co-ordinate project due diligence including financial feasibility studies and obtaining professional consultant's input.
Qualifications / Experience: Experience / background in real estate / agency / asset management / development / investment will be advantageous.Preference is for a graduate from an RICS accredited degree.Strong written and verbal communication skills; including the ability to effectively analyse, write and present reports, information and recommendations.
