Job Duties: The employer is: MX BRANDCOM LTD.Complete tasks assigned by the Operations Manager and Account Management Team.Research and gather inspiration/ideas for events/campaigns.Liaise with suppliers and media owners to gather options and quotes.Support with prize management; sourcing, buying and arranging delivery.Support with client appreciation gifts and events.Arrange meetings and liaise with internal teams to understand their requirements.Apply quality control to all work in order to reflect the MXB brand.Support on administration tasks.Be competent in all MXB administrative, financial and compliance processes and systems that pertain to job role. Assist with on-site event delivery at internal meetings, events and campaigns.Support the Operations Manager in implementing administrative, Health and Safety and HR procedures.Support Senior Account Managers in maintaining client data and job folders. You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Evidence a genuine interest in Advertising, Marketing or Communications.Competent in Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel and Outlook.Have a basic understanding of social media platforms.Competent in using search engines for sourcing and research. Good written and verbal communication skills.Good attention to detail, data and numeracy skills.A team player who has the ability to build positive relationships with both colleagues and clients.Flexible and a positive attitude.Desirable:5 GCSEs to include English and Maths (or equivalent)
