Job Duties: The employer is: SWIM ULSTER.Support the delivery of open water programmes.Support the management of the programme income and expenditure under the guidance of the Club and Workforce Officer.Ensure the programmes have the required resources.Compiling online booking for events. (Advertising on website, creating jot-forms).Reporting on each event.Record keeping at each event, attendance, event administration. Assisting with Risk Assessments and completing same (daily checks).Marketing: Updating social media before and after events.Local CommunitiesSupport the delivery of community-based aquatic programmes that will link young people/adults to their local pool.Support the roll out of existing programmes to maximise their impact and sustainability. You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Knowledge of basic IT systems including Word and Excel.Have knowledge of Aquatic Sport in Northern Ireland.Have experience working with people.Have good customer service record.Good knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, twitter etc.).
