Job Duties: We grow, market and distribute top quality mushrooms each week throughout N. Ireland and the rest of the UK. Reporting to the Director this is a role responsible for successful strategic business development activities for our business.Building on your experience and knowledge, having worked in a comparable role in FMCG, this will be a hands-on role to create sales in retail and wholesale businesses across the UK. Duties and responsibilities:Responsible for leading the planning, execution and analysis of relevant business initiatives related to key productsAcquire new business from existing customers and potential customers using initiative and industry contactsDevelop and maintain a thorough understanding of key products and marketsIncrease the customer baseDeliver against the future growth strategy of the businessOrganise meetings with existing and new clientsMaintain strong customer relationsEnsure sales KPI's are monitored and achieved

Qualifications / Experience: Skills, qualifications and experience:Experience within FMCG & food sales growth environmentExperience and knowledge of food sales domesticallyA proven track record in developing and growing product sales within the food sectorExperienced in generating new business and managing successful negotiationsExperienced and successful in growing existing accountsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSound experience of working with IT platformsExcellent business and commercial skillsIf you have the necessary skills and experience, want to work with great people and develop your career in a growing business then we would love to hear from you.
