Job Duties: The purpose of this post is to provide a high quality and efficient Planning Service to the Armagh City, Banbridge & Craigavon Borough Council area. Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria3rd level qualification in line with the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) in a relevant subject such as Environmental Planning, Town & Country Planning or equivalent.(Please note relevancy should be clearly demonstrated.) One years technical experience within a planning environment. Hold a full current driving licence (valid in the UK) and have access to a car at the closing date or have access to a form of transport which will permit you to carry out the duties of the post in full. This relates only to any person who has declared that they have a disability, which debars them from driving. Desirable CriteriaMember of Royal Town Planning Institute or Irish Planning Institute.
