Job Duties: We are currently recruiting for a number of Asset Management Analysts to work on our Heating Services Contract in the Derry/Strabane area. The successful person will be responsible for surveying domestic dwellings, and gathering information on various items within each property. The post is a temporary fixed term contract. Reports to:Contract Director Additional Benefits (If employed directly):PensionLife Assurance (T&C apply)Health Cash Plan Membership.Roles & Responsibilities:Survey NIHE domestic dwellings in order to gather information on various items within the property including:The Heating systemThe Plumbing systemThe fabric of the buildingThe efficiency of various components within the buildingThe windows & doorsInsulation levelsProvide a report to the client, on each of the dwellings ensuring all information is up to date and accurate Any other duties deemed necessary by management
Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Full clean UK driving licenceGood IT skills Ability to organise your own day and work in an efficient mannerDesirable Criteria:Have a Mechanical or Electrical background Personal Characteristics:Excellent communication and organisation skillsHighly motivated and driven to hit targetsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work under pressureAbility to use own initiativeAbility to work as part of a teamFlexibility to work in locations as required
