Job Duties: Maintain confidentiality on all Human Resource issues.Compliance-keeping policies and procedures up to date.Assisting with the Absence Management process.Creation and maintenance of HR protocols, procedures & policies. Creating and maintaining personnel files. Keep an accurate record of all personnel files for audit purposes.Supporting all administrative stages of the recruitment process ranging from application stage to offer stage.Providing administrative support for our Employee Benefits.Administration of our learning and development activities, including induction processes, annual review and development process, training, etc.General administrative tasks.Providing support to the Sales Manager including filing reports or presenting the sales team with necessary documents.Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:HR qualification with 2 years' of experience.A track record in an office-based environment with experience of administering tasks and processes.Excellent communication skills.Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and internet navigation skills. SharePoint knowledge would also be advantageous but not essential.Excellent attention to detail.Desirable Criteria:Ability to handle information with confidentiality.Act on your own initiative.Create and maintain effective working relationships and communicate information in a clear, concise manner.Meet tight deadlines.
