Job Duties: The Employer is: CALMOR CONSULTING.As Calmor expands we wish to recruit a Sales & Marketing Executive to help deliver a number of projects forward. Duties include, but are not limited to:Procurement & management of a CRM system to help manage all customer activities. Content creation for social media, blogs, email marketing and brochures etc.Assisting with the preparation of client-facing documentation and reports.Updating company website as and when required.Keeping track of proposals and opportunities and keeping up-to-date with relevant client content and activities.Supporting the development of the firms client relationship management approach by assisting, where applicable, on client projects.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Graduate with a strong academic background, preferably in Marketing/Business, or with equivalent work experience / Or 2 years similar experience. Comfortable using design packages such as Canva or similar software before to design presentations, brochures, social media content.Comfortable using Email Marketing Software such as MailChimp, Active Campaign, MailerLite or similar.Comfortable using Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel)Ability to demonstrate initiative and generate ideas.Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work well under pressure and to drive through major projects to completion.Ability to process and analyse business data and research.Good organisational and administration skills/ability to multi-task.
