Job Duties: Evaluate EAs data acquisition and exchange processes internal and external within project scope and identify areas for improvement, developing and creating solutions plans.Develop or improve database user interactions to ensure efficient information use, data quality and appropriate security for EA within the scope of schools' and EA needs from the EdIS programme.Use data analysis tools to identify accessing trends, processing bottlenecks and define improved presentation in a way to support schools and EA in the better decision making process.Make recommendations to the relevant Managers in technical developments that will step-change business efficiency.To lead ongoing reviews of EA Data business processes and developing optimization strategies, ensuring processes are productive, efficiency and value for money.See job information pack for further details.

Qualifications / Experience: Hold a Degree (or equivalent) in an area related to the role e.g. Statistics Mathematics, Physics, or Business and have two years' demonstrable experience of:Working in the field of Data Analysis.Working in collaboration with a wide range of key stakeholders.Or:Have five years' demonstrable experience of:Working in the field of Data Analysis.Working in collaboration with a wide range of key stakeholders.Have demonstrable experience of problem-solving skills, analysing, modelling, visualising, interpreting, and presenting data to make a substantial difference to the success of an organisation.Have demonstrable experience of data management, database cleansing, and assessment of data quality.Have demonstrable experience of interpreting business requirements and developing data requirements that support the end use of data.Have demonstrable experience turning complex data into clear, simple and actionable stories.
