Job Duties: Reporting to the HR Manager the Senior HR Officer will be responsible for the delivery of HR support and advice to the Bryson Group. The jobholder will provide a responsive and effective HR support service and oversee two HR staff to ensure the organisation is compliant with employment legislation, best practice, and regulatory guidelines. The jobholder will provide coaching and guidance on all ER related issues to the HR Team and wider organisation to ensure a proactive approach to ER issues.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Degree in a HR related discipline (or equivalent) and have worked for a minimum of three years at HR Officer level OR have a minimum of five years experience at a HR Officer levelMinimum of 1 years experience using HR softwareIT literate and experience of Microsoft OfficeComprehensive knowledge of current and pending employment legislation1 years Management or Supervisory experience
