Job Duties: To promote and develop a programme of courses in a curriculum area appropriate to the educational and training needs of the area and ensure course delivery meets internal and external quality expectations.The hours of work will vary based on the demands of the College. The post holder will be required to adopt a flexible approach (including evening work).The successful applicant may be required to work in any of the Colleges buildings, as necessary.

Qualifications / Experience: GCSE English Language (Grades A C) OR Essential Skills Level 2 or higher in Communication, or equivalent.CSE Mathematics (Grades A-C) OR Essential skills Level 2 or higher in Application of Number, Or NICATS Access Maths Modules or equivalent.As a minimum hold a recognised degree (level 6) or equivalent professional qualification in both Business law and ethics or a relevant degree with relevant business law modules eg LLB, BSc (Hons) Business studies, BSc (Hons) Business Management.A minimum of 2 years' relevant industrial and/or relevant teaching experience.Experience of imparting relevant subject knowledge and/or vocational skills at an appropriate level in a teaching or training context
