Job Duties: Ensure all clients admitted to private/voluntary and Trust homes are assessed in accordance with the Charging for Residential Accommodation Guide (CRAG) and within laid down timescales.Interpret and apply all legislation and DoH guidance in relation to financial assessments, calculating clients contributions etc., including contentious issues such as ownership of property, valuations, deprivation of assets, determining capital and income, liaison with external bodies e.g. SSA.Ensure all clients are reassessed as per laid down procedures and timescales. Qualifications / Experience: 2CCAB part qualified or equivalent or hold a University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business and 1 year's experience in a finance role.Or:4 years' experience in a finance role.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
