Job Duties: Monitor, scan and identify opportunities through current portals, identifying potential new portals to expand sales opportunities for the company.Work towards the achievement of bid strategy and objectives. Maintain login details in respect of portals, update and amend documents as required e.g., insurance and health and safety.Identify the key requirements of each bid/tender, complete checklist, and schedule initial bid/tender meeting with wider bid support team (Commercial Team and SHEQ Co Coordinator) and any other relevant departments to discuss requirements and assign tasks.Collaborate with wider bid support team and any other relevant departments in the writing and compilation of tenders. Qualifications / Experience: Degree educated in Business (or related discipline) with at least 2 years of experience in a similar postOr4+ years' experience in a similar role.A full current driving licence and access to a car. Consideration will be given to alternative travelling proposals in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a licence.Ability to write effective and concise content while under deadline pressure.Strong planning and project management skills.High degree of self-motivation and tenacity with attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and flexible approach.Ability to build and manage internal and external relationships Ability to work as part of a wider team and autonomously, being able to manage own deliverables without the requirement of regular supervision
