Job Duties: The Employer is: WORKSHORE.You will be providing marketing support to the marketing manager and assist with general business administration. Days in WorkShore can vary so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential as you provide support and become an important member of the team. As the marketing assistant you will work closely with the Marketing manager. Maintaining WorkShore's social media and web platform.Creating engaging social media posts for our members and potential customers (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).Maintaining client information to ensure it is kept up-to-date for our members.Support our web platform launch, events, networking events and attend daily meetings.Help create marketing material and content for advertising channels.Assist in increasing the brand awareness.General administrative duties.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Excellent written and oral communication skills.Knowledge of the latest social media technologies.Good thinking and improvisation skills.The ability to work well as part of a team and prioritise work.Thrive in a fast paced work environment.Be creative and innovative to create engaging marketing posts on social media accounts.Attention to detail.A proactive attitude and approach.Reliable & conscientious.Flexible approach, being able to attend in person meetings and networking events occasionally.Eager to progress the business and increase our members through different marketing techniques.This is a genuine opportunity for someone wanting to kick-start their career in marketing and general business activities.
