Job Duties: The Employer is: KILL IT WITH QUIZZES.Assisting Director with writing of copy for client Marketing Quizzes, Facebook Ads and Website pages.Design of quiz images, results pages and social media posts.Building Client Quizzes in relevant software packages.Researching possible new business clients and assist in pitches and presentations.Providing administrative support to the Kill It with Quizzes Director and any duties that may be required.Helping build and maintain the business brand.Managing Kill It with Quizzes' social media platforms with interesting and relevant content.Assisting the Director with online presentations and training.Taking part in relevant external online and in-person training as requested.You will be entitled to annual leave during this opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Working knowledge of social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin. Knowledge of Trello or similar Project management software.Strong written and oral communication skills.Strong organisational and administration skills.Positive, enthusiastic with strong work ethic and motivation to perform role to the highest standards.Strong team player committed to the growth of the business.Proactive and able to manage workload with guidance from the Director.Copywriting experience (desirable)Design experience (desirable)Knowledge of Hootsuite (desirable).
